SAFFRON

 

Every step of saffron´s production process, including planting, harvesting, peeling and roasting, is made entirely by hand. This careful production tradition takes place during late October and early November each year.

In addition, saffron is packed manually. It is at this point, when OLIMPO selects and separates saffron by different qualities.

Our commercial presentation includes a pack of 36 boxes (1 gram per box) or 18 boxes (2 grams per box).
